Please ensure that you order the correctly certified helmet for your destination.
To process your return, please go to https://morpherhelm.myreturnscenter.com and follow the screen instructions. You will get a confirmation email with your RMA returns number and next steps / shipping guidelines.
The order must be returned to us in the original, re-sellable condition with all tabs attached, accompanied by the order number confirmation, RMA number and all packaging materials. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Morpher. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense, including any taxes.
Should there be a functional failure or a material fault in manufacture or workmanship, we will reimburse any shipping costs and offer a replacement helmet or refund. Please provide the serial number of the helmet, located inside the helmet, when requesting your return authorisation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 30 business days.
Please note that additional duties and/or taxes and shipping charges will not be refunded.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns which do not conform to these conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The solution is to close the helmet and put a weight, like a book, on top of it, to keep it closed. Do this for a few hours, although overnight is best, and the helmet will snap shut just as it did when you first received it. Please make sure that the straps are all outside of the helmet before trying to close it or it will not be able to snap shut.
